This is a 60-minute group class offered during the day that combines general fitness and gymnastics. It is designed to get your child moving in a fun group environment while increasing endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, and spatial awareness. Ages 5-16:

- Schedule: Monday 2-3pm | Wednesday 1-2pm | Thursday 1-2pm

- Self-pay and submit a reimbursement request through ClassWallet
- Direct pay through ClassWallet
- Request an invoice from NVG by emailing the front desk
- Use the “Pay Vendor” feature in ClassWallet to submit the invoice
- Ensure the Service Fees are correct so the TOTAL Amount to Vendor equals the amount posted on your invoice
